Optic White Teeth Whitening Studio began with more than a business plan—it began with a mission to make confidence accessible.
As a woman, mother, and lifelong advocate for self-care and self-worth, I saw a gap in the Des Moines beauty and wellness space. Medspa treatments, hair appointments, lashes, nails—those were normalized. But a radiant, healthy-looking smile? That was either overpriced, painful, or an afterthought.
I built Optic White to change that.
Our boutique studio delivers professional, sensitivity-free teeth whitening in a space that feels like luxury—but stays accessible to real people. Every smile we brighten isn’t just a cosmetic upgrade. It’s a confidence reset, a fresh start, a reason to show up boldly in the world.
The Why Behind the Glow
When I opened our East Village location, I wasn’t backed by big investors. I was a mom with a dream, juggling side hustles and savings, painting the walls myself while my kids played in the corner. I launched Optic White to show my daughters what it means to believe in yourself—and to give my community a service that truly made them feel seen.
Since opening, we’ve:
• Brightened over 100 smiles and counting
• Served everyone from brides and graduates to job seekers
• Partnered with local estheticians and medspas to expand beauty access across Des Moines
